Gas Walking-Beam Car Front Axle Quenching And Tempering Production Line is mainly used for metal parts by the car front axle of the quenching and tempering heat treatment, the maximum using temperature of 950 DEG C. Taking natural gas as energy, hydraulic and a drive motor as the driving force, in the processing of the workpiece according to different process requirements, changing the walking speed and rhythm to meet production requirements. According to the needs of the workpiece, the walking mode can be divided into: Forward, backward, marching in three ways. The production line has a fault display and alarm function. Electric control system operating mode is divided into: Manual and automatic mode.
