Fueled by natural gas and equipped with electric controlling, mechanical transmitting, gas evacuating, quenching cooling and cleaning systems, this production line is mainly used for continuous quenching and high-temperature tempering and other heat treatment techniques. The work-pieces after treatment are uniform in organization and stable in quality, and the production line is featured with a high degree of automation, safety and energy-conservation. This production line is made up of a quenching furnace hydraulic pushing machine, a pusher heater, a quenching furnace bracket returning mechanism, a quenching bath, a cleaning bath, a transitional rinsing table, a small quenching moving trolley, a tempering furnace hydraulic pressure pushing machine, a tempering furnace bracket automatic returning mechanism, electric controlling system and other parts.
